We had an amazing stay at a charming chalet with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The central location made it convenient to explore the town and the nearby attractions. The spa area was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking. The view of the Matterhorn from our room was fine. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Zermatt.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending the best places to visit. The location couldn't have been better, close to the ski lifts and just a short walk from everything in town. I especially loved the convenience of being so close to the sunnega funicular. The spa area was a definite highlight, a perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking. And of course, the view of the Matterhorn was absolutely stunning. The interior of the room was also beautiful, with a rustic charm provided by the abundance of wood.

We were very happy to spend our Easter weekend at a cozy hotel in the Swiss Alps. The breakfast and dinner offerings were very good, and we particularly loved the fresh bread and butter.
